BORIS Johnson is holding a 'Business Question Time' on Monday evening in the City on how to beat the economic downturn.

The London Mayor wants small businesses to join him for a panel discussion, chaired by Sky TV business correspondent Dharshini David, with the chance to question him and voice their concerns.

Boris is joined on the panel by Bright Ideas Trust founder Tim Campbell, who was a winner in the BBC's Apprentice first series, London Chamber of Commerce chief Colin Stanbridge, Federation of Small Businesses boss Sue Terpilowski and the Mayor's policy director Anthony Browne.

Subjects include transport, job skills, employment and the 2012 Olympics being staged in East London.

Monday's meeting at the Mermaid conference centre at Puddle Dock, in Blackfriars, begins 7pm (doors open 6pm), tickets requested online on City Hall's website.
