Boris launches mentoring scheme for vulnerable boys

Boris Johnson has launched a mentoring scheme aimed at helping vulnerable young boys involved in or at risk of violence and crime

The programme launched yesterday is part of Team London, the London Mayor’s vision to get more people volunteering in the capital. More than a thousand men have signed up already to become mentors to young black boys in the capital and training will begin this summer.
