Bow bus collision leaves one person in hospital

A person has been taken to hospital following a collision between two buses earlier today.

The crash took place in Bow Road, close to St Mary’s Bow Church, Tower Hamlets, this afternoon.

Tfl has warned drivers to expect delays with traffic moving slowly and tailbacks to Globe Town Road.

A police spokeswoman said: “At 2.10pm a bus was in collision with another bus. One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.”
