Boxing veteran Billy Schwer put his best fist forward at a special screening of an Oscar-winning movie at York Hall.
The lightweight champion said a few words about the iconic East End boxing venue at the bash last Thursday before mingling with guests.
A one-off screening of The Fighter – the true life biopic starring Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg – was then screened to launch the DVD release of the flick.
Other names from the world of boxing were also invited to the event, as were former Big Brother stars Alex Reid and Chantelle Houghton.
