BREAST implants, a Rolex watch and £10,000 in cash are some of the weird, wonderful and lucrative items to have been left behind on Tubes.

Transport for London staff get around 1,000 items each day handed in to lost property, bosses said today.

And to make sure the more worthwhile ones get a good home, those that are not claimed are being donated to charity this Christmas.

Up to two hundred toys will be donated to the Salvation Army to be handed out to less fortunate children over the festive period.

Cabbies, bus and Tube drivers have been collecting forgotten items for the scheme, which has been running for four years.

Currently, four in ten bags, mobiles and valuables are claimed by passengers.
