A NEW 'build your own' prospectus has been launched on the web by the University of East London to make it quicker to get course information suited to individual needs.
Wannabe students can select their own course information online, then a full-colour version is mailed out to them within 48 hours.
This new browser-based technology gives them a fully-customised prospectus which the university says is a much more efficient and user-friendly alternative to the traditional 'one size fits all' 240-page printed prospectus.
The system also allows course information to be updated as well as reducing costs such as the print run of a traditional all-embracing prospectus.
