East Enders wanting to get away from city life for an afternoon should wing their way to a park’s upcoming butterfly bonanza.
Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park is offering visitors the chance to look at beautiful species of butterflies and moths during an open day on July 16.
There will also be tips on how to identify and distinguish different species.
The 33 park includes woodland, meadows and ponds and is a main spotting site for butterflies and moths in London.
The event runs from 10am to 3.30pm.
