A wildlife photography competition is being run for keen amateurs to discover the diversity of flora and fauna at Canary Wharf where Sammy the Seal famously resides.
Sammy is becoming somewhat of an attraction swimming in the dock waters in the bustling urban business district.
So Canary Wharf Group is inviting the public to capture any aspect of wildlife on camera, from creatures of the wild like Sammy to insects and plantlife.
Applicants can submit their images in Jpeg format through Canary Wharf website by November 27 for a chance to win a £100 gift card in time for Christmas, with the overall winner winning an extra £100 card.
Shortlisted entries are to be displayed in a competition gallery at the Adam’s Plaza Bridge —with Sammy’s seal of approval.
