A team of estate agents have taken to the water to raise money for a children’s charity which aims to help make unwell youngsters’ dreams come true.
Serhiy Openko, who works in Canary Wharf, raised more than £1,000 after joining 17 other staff members from Felicity J Lord branches across London in the Dragon Boat Race.
The team raised cash for children’s charity Magic Moments, which organises trips to Disneyland Paris for youngsters suffering life limiting illnesses, as well as their families.
Serhiy said: “It’s a tough challenge that requires a lot of training but it’s absolutely worth it if we can help make a difference to children’s lives.”
The team took part in the challenge on the weekend of July 20-21at Fairlop Water in Essex.
