Chloë Stewart scooped the prize yesterday at the Creator Awards, a global initiative by organisation WeWork which recognises and rewards creators from all over the world.

The 27-year-old is the founder of nibs etc. which fights unnecessary food waste by making breakfast snacks from juice pulp that would be thrown away.

Chloë successfully pitched nibs etc. on-stage to Ashton and the other judges busniesswoman Vanessa Kingori MBE, VOGUE publishing director Michelle Kennedy and app entrepreneur Jonas Templestein.

Chloë said: “I am absolutely overwhelmed. The fact that WeWork is investing in nibs etc. for the second time, is huge!”

“Pulp products are going to be hitting the shelves very soon – watch this space!”

WeWork offers workspaces around the world for up and coming businesses.

Eugen Miropolski, managing director of WeWork, Europe, Pacific and China, said, “The Creator Awards hosted more than 35,000 people, created more than 500 jobs, and given away millions in funding to award winners.”
