Residents from boroughs surrounding the City are being targeted in a drive which could see more than 600 people find employment or training.
The City of London Corporation hopes the scheme will give people a route into the construction and engineering sectors as skyscrapers continue to pop up.
The Canary Wharf Group is also a partner in the scheme.
Vice president of development Tony Jordan said: “Helping local people into jobs has been a cornerstone of our business from the very start.
“The combined efforts of ourselves, the City of London Corporation and our partners have ensured our local communities benefit economically from London’s continued regeneration.”
