ONE of the first customers at a new Tesco Express supermarket opened in London’s East End was immediately handed a cheque for £500 with her cornflakes!

Claire Moss turned up at the new Limehouse branch to be handed the cheque by store manager Manu Lussambo (pictured).

Claire is a community fundraiser who was invited to the store in Commercial Road yesterday (Wednesday) to receive the donation for Marie Curie Cancer Care, to go towards nursing care and family support in East London.
