RIVER boat bosses are 'relaunching' their fleet of fast commuter clippers on the Thames.
But it's not the usual launch associated with boats on the water.
London's Thames Clippers fleet has undergone a marketing brand re-launch.
The fleet of high-speed catamarans carrying London's commuters and tourists up and down the Thames has had a 'makeover' with its website, logo, timetables and boat branding.
New online facilities include booking, email alerts, videos of the clippers and suggested sightseeing itineraries.
The company is also extending its late night service when the new Matter nightclub opens at The O2 venue in North Greenwich in September.
It is to run a transport link to the Greenwich Peninsular from central London through the evening and early hours on club nights.
The fleet of 12 fast catamarans leaving piers along the river every 20 minutes through the day.
Thames Clippers took 1,500 passengers a week last year. They now carry 7,000 a day, up to 1,500 an hour at peak times.
