FORENSIC officers are combing the area around Cable Street after two men were assaulted in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called at around 1.15am and found two men - believed to be in their early 20s - with head injuries.
One was taken to the Royal London Hospital, where his condition is described as 'non-life threatening.'
The other man was treated at the scene.
