Man suffers life-changing injuries in Mile End tube station attack

Police would like to speak to this man after a passenger suffered life-changing injuries when he was attacked in Mile End tube station.

The victim was seriously injured during the assault which police believe was the result of an argument that started on the station’s stairs before spilling out in the gate line on Saturday at around 1.50pm.

The victim was rushed to hospital where his life-changing injuries are being treated.

Anyone with information is asked to call British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or texting 61016 and use the reference 303 of 24 March.
