These are the knives that were handed in at Bethnal Green police station during an amnesty.
The blades, predominately kitchen knives, were placed in a bin at the station as part of the Met’s Operation Sceptre.
The initiative aims to tackle knife crime across London.
Officers from Tower Hamlets Police uploaded the image on social media networking website Twitter today.
