Police investigating an assault in which a DLR passenger had four teeth knocked out have released images of two men they wish to speak to.
A 28-year-old man is alleged to have been repeatedly punched in the face by two passengers as he left South Quay station near Canary Wharf with his girlfriend at 12.50am on Saturday, August 31.
The victim, from Finchley in north London, had been involved in a verbal altercation with the men at the station.
Officers from the British Transport Police (BTP) believe the two men pictured could help assist the investigation.
Det Sgt Fin Egan said: “Officers attended and the man was taken to Royal London Hospital where he was treated for the loss of four teeth. He has since been discharged from hospital.
“If you recognise these two men, or have any information that could help our investigation, please contact us.”
