Two men who allegedly punched and threatened to stab a passenger on the London Underground are wanted by police.
The duo are believed to have approached a 29-year-old man who was travelling on a Central Line train, asking him for his mobile phone before threatening to knife him.
He got off the train at Bethnal Green Underground station, where his two attackers allegedly grabbed and punched him.
The incident happened at around 11.45pm on Sunday, August 4. Police believe the two men pictured can help them with their enquiries, and are urging anyone who recognises them to get in touch.
The victim, from Ilford, sustained minor injuries. His attackers made off empty-handed after failing to rob him of his mobile phone.
Anyone who recognises the men is asked to call the British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40, or text 61016, quoting reference B7/LUA of 03/09/13.
