Police are standing down an investigation in South Quay after reports of a suspicious package found earlier today.
Offices were evacuated of hundreds of workers as cordons were put in place.
Police called to the scene at 1.19pm deemed the event “non-suspicious” half an hour later.
A police robot was sent in but could not find anything suspicious.
They will be stood down and cordons lifted, a Scotland Yard spokeswoman said.
