A teenage cyclist has been charged following a fatal collision in east London involving a woman pedestrian who later died.
Mother-of-two Kim Briggs, 44, died after the incident at Old Street in Shoreditch on February 12.
Charlie Alliston appeared today at east London’s Thames Magistrates’ Court charged with causing bodily harm by wilful misconduct, under the 1861 Offences Against The Person Act.
The 19-year-old, from Trothy Road in Bermondsey, south-east London, is due before the Old Bailey on October 12.
