Police are asking for help in identifying a woman whose body was recovered from The Thames in Limehouse.
The woman is described as between 20-40 years of age, 5ft 5ins tall, with dark coloured hair and of slim build.
She has a six inch scar on her lower back and was wearing dark blue jeans.
An inquest was opened and adjourned at Poplar Coroner’s Court. The death is not being treated as suspicious. The body was recovered on June 22 at 1.30pm near Narrow Street.
