A teenager has been arrested by terrorism police in East London.
The 19-year-old is being questioned on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
He was held yesterday at 3am and taken to a police station in east London.
Detectives were granted an extension to keep him in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
He currently remains in custody.
