A nightclub bouncer from London’s East End has been charged with two others in connection with the death of Adam Hird in the street.

Sebastiano Ragusa, a 30-year-old from Celandine Close in Bow Common, appears in court with the others next month accused of Gross Negligence Manslaughter, Scotland Yard has confirmed.

It follows the death of 30-yeer-old Adam outside Club No 65 at Albert Embankment in Vauxhall, in the early hours of last Sunday.

Mr Hird, an aspiring pilot who was about to qualify, was rushed to hospital, but died yesterday, two days after an incident in which police were called at 3.20am to the club.

Three men have been charged today following Adam’s death.

They are Ragusa and two other door supervisors, Lewis Thorne, 22, from Ramsgate in Kent, and Mark Pantalleresco, 51, from Tadworth in Surrey. All three have been bailed to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on June 9.
