Scotland Yard’s Trident Gang Crime Command is investigating shots being fired in an East End bookmakers, the Met has confirmed today.
Police were called to reports of firing at the betting office in Stroudley Walk in Bromley-by-Bow at 2pm yesterday (Tues).
The street was cordoned off as detectives from Trident Command interviewed witnesses and examined the crime scene.
The shots were inside the premises, police later confirmed. But no-one was injured.
Police have not disclosed the type of gun fired.
