Two 15-year-old youths were arrested for possession of Class A drugs after being stopped by police in the street.
One of the teenage boys was found carrying more than 100 wraps of what police suspected were Class A drugs when the duo were searched in Bethnal Green Road.
The youths were both arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Sgt Bryon Johnson, of the Metropolitan Police, said: “If you are involved in drug dealing in Tower Hamlets, we will be seeing you soon.”
The arrests, on Monday, followed complaints of drug dealing from residents of the Turin Estate in Bethnal Green.
The boys were bailed to return to Bethnal Green police station on September 2.
