Two men and a woman have been charged following the discovery of heroin and cocaine in Stepney with a street value of around £2million.
Samsul Ali, 25, and Ibrahim Miah, 24, both from Stepney, and 49-year-old Andrea Kidd from Bletchley in Milton Keynes, are accused of conspiracy to supply class A.
All three were charged this week following an operation carried out by officers from the Met and the National Crime Agency which resulted in the seizure of 14 kilos of heroin, 15 kilos of cocaine, £3,000 and two cocaine presses.
The discoveries were made at two separate addresses in Coltman Street and Candle Street.
Ali, Miah and Kidd have been remanded in custody and will appear before Blackfriars Crown Court on July 5.
