A new commissioner has been appointed to oversee any complaints from the public about construction work on London’s massive 15 billion Crossrail scheme.
Stephen Jolly takes up his new post at the Office of the Crossrail Complaints Commissioner on Monday (March 19).
“My role is to act as independent mediator in unresolved disputes,” he explained. “Crossrail is one of the largest projects ever undertaken in the UK with extensive construction planned across London and the south east.”
He takes over from Tony Gregory who established the commissioner’s office two years ago.
