MEET the new chicks on the block—these cute babes arrived just in time for the Easter break at Spitalfields urban farm in London’s East End.

They cracked open their Easter eggs to the delight of farm volunteers who got the perfect present for the holiday when this batch of rare Marsh Daisy chicks hatched the day before Good Friday.

The Marsh Daisy is an endangered species. But they’re being specially bred as part of the farm’s Rare Breeds in the City project.
