A planned District line strike has been called off - but one on the Jubilee line is still set to go ahead.

Rail operators on both lines were set to walk out on Wednesday in separate disputes.

But the ASLEF union, whose members were due to strike over the reassignment of a driver, has announced it will no longer be carrying out action on the District line.

However, the Jubilee line strike, involving both ASLEF and RMT union members and relating to a new timetable, is still set to go ahead as planned.

Unless it is cancelled, there will be no service at all on the Jubilee line on Wednesday.
