The DLR is back up and running after the entire line went down this morning.
The Docklands Light Railway was suspended during morning rush hour, with huge queues forming for the Jubilee line and extra bus services being put on. Problems began before 7am and the line was still down at 9am.
The delay was caused by a signal failure at West India Quay from overnight engineering works.
A ‘Meet the Manager’ Q&A was due to take place from 7.30-9.30am at Canning Town for passengers to ask questions about the DLR service.
The line is now open and running with minor delays and is expected to be back to normal by evening rush hour.
