House-builders in east London are in the running for two national awards for helping first-time buyers.
Taylor Wimpey East London has been shortlisted twice in the First Time Buyer magazine’s Readers’ awards.
The company which has 10 projects in East London, Essex and Kent, is one of six finalists from all over Britain in the ‘Private Developer of the Year’ category, while its Academy Central development in Barking is competing for ‘Best Urban Regeneration’ award. Winners are announced in April, following an online public vote.
