HOUSE prices in Tower Hamlets place it in the middle cost bracket among London boroughs.
The borough came 17th out of 32 boroughs in a chart of the priciest to cheapest areas in the capital.
The average house price is �333,241 and the average salary is �28,928, according to the National Housing Federation.
Kensington and Chelsea is the most expensive London borough and Barking and Dagenham is the cheapest.
