Edgy East End is MOR when it comes to house prices

HOUSE prices in Tower Hamlets place it in the middle cost bracket among London boroughs.

The borough came 17th out of 32 boroughs in a chart of the priciest to cheapest areas in the capital.

The average house price is £333,241 and the average salary is £28,928, according to the National Housing Federation.

Kensington and Chelsea is the most expensive London borough and Barking and Dagenham is the cheapest.
