Young East Enders are in for a treat this autumn as a museum launches its new exhibition on all things magical.

The V&A Museum of Childhood’s new display looks at the realm of witches, wizards, fairies, dragons and illusionists and explores the way fantasy tales have been told throughout the ages.

Costumes, tricks, games and puppets are all on display at the Bethnal Green site to mesmerise little visitors and perhaps bring some back some enchanting memories for bigger ones.

Books including Harry Potter, Cinderella, the Lord of the Rings, Aladdin and many more will be explored.

The exhibition runs until May.
