THERE'S a chance to recycle unwanted electrical items and textiles at a bring back day in Whitechapel on Saturday November 28.

People can get rid of old electrical items such as fridges and tvs, clothes and curtains and pairs of old shoes with a greener conscience.

The items will be collected at Collingwood Hall in Collingwood Street from 1pm to 4.30pm and people can enter a prize draw to win high street vouchers.

There will also be advice about the real Nappy Scheme and how to set up a wormery or compost bin at home.
