PROFESSIONAL photographer Ricky Leaver has taken advantage of the impressive views of the City, Canary Wharf and the Olympic Park from the rooftops of new East End housing developments.

Rooftop view of Canary Wharf from Bromley By Bow

The photographer specialises in creating contemporary imagery of the capital and has recently embarked on a series of pictures taken from the top of new homes on the St Andrews Hospital site in Bromley-by-Bow which show the Canary Wharf skyline and the Olympic Park.

Mr Leaver said: “Accessing elevated rooftop views of the central London skyline is like gold dust to a London landscape photographer.

“Looking out from the top of St Andrews in Bromley-by-Bow, I was surrounded by all the modern London landmarks - Canary Wharf to the south, the Gherkin to the west and the Olympic stadium to the north.”
