Chris Brayford’s team have one more game to play this season and it will be away to lowly Enfield Town Ladies this weekend

Leyton Orient Women secured fourth spot in the FA Women’s Premier League South East Division One on Sunday with a 2-2 draw against Stevenage Ladies.

Chris Brayford’s team went into the contest off the back of a 6-2 loss at home to MK Dons on April 29.

The result ended Orient’s hopes of finishing second or third, but heading into the clash with Stevenage they knew the Hertfordshire side could still catch them in the table if O’s slipped up.

After winning the previous encounter 2-0, the E10 ladies had hoped to complete the double over their local rivals, but they had to settle for a 2-2 draw on Sunday.

The game took place at Sporting Club Thamesmead, with Orient Ladies Mile End Stadium home unavailable and Brisbane Road not able to host this particular fixture.

Goals from O’s duo Sarka Stryhalova and Hannah Porter earned Brayford’s team a share of the spoils and it means no one can catch them in fourth place.

Orient now end the season at Enfield Town Ladies this weekend and the east Londoners will aim to finish on a high note.
