Amazing Radio lays on free live music at Queen of Hoxton July 21

The new music station Amazing Radio is laying on 12 hours of solid live music on Sunday week at the famed Queen of Hoxton venue in Shoreditch—and it’s free.
Landshapes headline with tracks from their newly-released debut Rambutan album, a distillation of songs old and new, re-worked and fine-tuned to precision.
They’re probably best known as their previous incarnation, Lulu and the Lampshades, for the viral cup song You’re Gonna Miss Me which has had three-million YouTube hits and still counting, before their musical metamorphosis.
Birmingham rockers Jaws join them on the bill, adding massive B-Town Swagger.
Their recently sold-out Milkshake EP has picked up a growing live fan base. They have also recorded a live session for Huw Stephens at Radio 1 and had their songs on the unlikely cross-section from Made In Chelsea to Match Of The Day.
Others on the bill are Throwing Up (that’s their name), pop merchants Death of Pop, Hull punk rockers Life, noisy drum-guitar duo Pearl Harts and introducing electro-folk duo Hunter As A Horse, all stitched together by Amazing Radio DJs.
It blasts off 12-noon on Sunday, July 21, till 12 midnight, at the Queen of Hoxton, 1 Curtain Road, off Gt Eastern Street, close to Liverpool St and Old Street (Underground) and Shoreditch High Street (Overground) stations.
