Dear Editor,

I HAVE been having problems on my Poplar housing estate for months now, a bad noise coming into my flat from someone's boiler which needs a 'non return' valve fitted.

It is driving me mad. I can't sleep at night and have health problems with epilepsy, angina and arthritis.

If I stay here, I end up having fits. I just want this to stop so I can sleep in my own bed at night. I don't see why I have to move out.

It's been going on too long now. I've been to the Poplar Harca housing association office, but no joy. I just want it to stop so I can get to sleep.
