A fire tore through a fourth floor flat in a block in Stepney on Saturday evening.
The blaze, in Christian Street, left the three-bedroom flat damaged and 21 firefighters were needed to tackle it.
Crews from Whitechapel, Dockhead and Shadwell fire stations attended the scene. No one was hurt, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
