The latest residential development for private sale in London’s East End has gone on the market—but many of the apartments have already been snapped up.

Planning permission has been granted for the latest phase of Fielder Apartments at Telford’s Bow Trinity complex at Hamlets Way in Mile End.

Construction has begun on the 56 one-bedroom flats and apartments, expected to be completed by next summer.

All the one-bed flats in the previous phase have already been sold, the company revealed this week.

What is now going on the market are the one-bedroom flats starting at £260,000 and the two-bed and three-bed apartments.

The area is being marketed as “a cheaper alternative” to Hoxton, Shoreditch and Dalston.

“Professionals and investors are being priced out of nearby prime locations,” said Telford’s David Campbell. “Areas like Mile End and Bow are coming into focus as house prices continue rising across east London.

“Creative industries are giving these areas a bohemian feel like Hoxton and Shoreditch.”

The complex is designed around a landscaped private courtyard, each flat with its own terrace or balcony, a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom. It also has a private communal roof terrace.
