Former glamour model Suzanne Mizzi is being laid to rest today after her year-long battle with ovarian cancer.
A funeral procession via her home in Hackney set off from Tadman Funeral Directors in Stepney’s Jubilee Street this morning before the mother-of-two was buried at Epping Forest Burial Park.
The 43-year-old shot to fame as a page-three model at the age of 17 and quickly became one of the biggest glamour models of the 1980s along with her friend Samantha Fox.
But despite sending millions of men’s heart racing Suzanne remained loyal to her husband and school sweetheart Frank Camilleri, who she was with for 30 years.
In the past ten years Suzanne was a successful artist and interior designer known as Mizzy.
