Three men and a woman arrested on an Olympics site under the 1986 Public Order act are due to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court in east London today (Weds).
It follows an eviction and possession order carried out yesterday by police supporting bailiffs acting for the Olympic Delivery Authority and the Lee Valley Park Authority.
The four due in court are care workers Simon Carleton, 29, and Daniel Ashman, 27, together with unemployed Anita Olivacce, 25, and Connor Murray, 24, all with no fixed address.
