TOTAL beginners and more experienced artists are invited to a private view with a difference.

Bethnal Green based Gallery 320's next mixed media show called Mindsoup 2010 will feature work brought along to the private view by artists.

Photographer Sean Pines who runs the gallery said last year's show was very successful.

"I was a bit apprehensive at first but it went really well. We had work from people across the board from a 70-year-old established artist down to young artists and work included paintings, photography and a piece of jewellery that someone had brought."

Artists who want to exhibit in the show should bring their work to the private view on Wednesday April 7 and pay a £3 entrance fee.

The show will develop as the evening wears on the seven week show opens on Thursday April 8 and runs until May 29.

Artists who have sufficient work in their portfolio can enter the competition to win their own month-long show at the gallery on Cambridge Heath Road, which has an entrance off Voss Street.

Would-be exhibitors should contact Mr Pines with any queries on 020 7739 8385 or visit www.gallery320.co.uk
