A GIANT frog makes its appearance in East London at the weekend when a huge canvas is laid out for this year's 'land draw.'
People are being invited to join in and use natural materials such as red and green lentils, grass clippings and bark chippings, to fill in the outline of Barney the bullfrog.
It is one of several events at the Mile End Community Fair which also include the start of a 10-mile domino rally at the Green Bridge at Mile End Park on Sunday at 4pm.
Children can take part in a fashion show on Wednesday at Weavers Fields in Bethnal Green by creating an outfit from recycled materials, between 10.30am and 1.30pm. The kids can model their creations at 2.30pm.
