THE sun shone on those sporting enough to head down to Weavers Fields on their bank holiday weekend for the Easter Frill Seekers festival.

People of all ages came to try their hand at archery, wall climbing, skateboarding and a mini Olympics. Kite making proved a favourite activity on the day, especially given the gusty conditions.

The event was part of the Change for Life campaign, organised by the Tower Hamlets NHS to promote healthier living as Easter accounts for 10 per cent of all chocolate sales in the UK every year.
