Minister of State for Pensions Angela Eagle will be addressing members of Neighbours in Poplar at their annual general meeting at the Matthias Community Centre. The meeting coincides with the group's 40th Anniversary.
An old people choir which has been working with the Trinity College of Music will perform after the minister's speech.
