Scary movies in the chapel
The historic Round Chapel will be hosting screenings of classic horror films for Hallowe’en this weekend.
The 1973 shocker The Exorcist is among the movies being shown.
The original Omen kicks off the programme at the venue in Glenarm Road, Lower Clapton, on Friday at 7.30pm. There will be a matinee screening of The Blair Witch Project on Sunday at 4.45pm and John Carpenter’s Halloween will be the finale on Monday.
There will be a licensed bar and tickets cost �11.50 per screening available online at www.experiencecinema.com. Tickets for the matinee are �9.50.
