NHS health bosses are urging Londoners to get flu friends’ and prepare for a possible pandemic amid growing concerns over the swine virus.
They have issued public health warnings on how to stop the spread of ’flu and to have people on-hand if they get ill.
People are also being warned to cover their mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, use a tissue, throw the tissue away quickly and carefully, and to wash their hands regularly.
A two-week stock of food and other supplies is also being advised in case they catch the virus.
