Furious campaigners are urging people to join in a public meeting to fight the coalition government’s NHS reforms.
The meeting will bring together doctors, charity workers and activists to rail against budget cuts to health services in east London.
“Things aren’t fair in Tower Hamlets”, said organisers.
“New government laws put NHS services out to profit making companies and let our NHS hospitals use half their space for private patients while they are make cuts in NHS jobs and services.
“We see big profits for banks and poor health and poverty. We need a healthy free public NHS.
The meeting will be held at the Jagonari Centre in Whitechapel Road on Wednesday January 30, at 7.30pm.
